In the heart of Luxembourg City you find Rue Philippe II and Avenue de la Porte-Neuve, two high-level shopping streets hosting iconic brands like, Channel, Gucci, Marc Jacobs and many more. Since 2014, the shop owners offer the visitors a visual highlight during the summer months and they appointed us to think about installations that locals and tourists alike would gladly discover and share on social networks. In 2016, we decided to give the installations a more prestigious touch and a call for local artists was launched in collaboration with The Casino Luxembourg - Forum of Contemporary Art. It resulted in Max Mertens' Swings installation, which left a strong international image of Luxembourg City.
